Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all tags and packaging intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gas Logs (due to combustion safety concerns)
  • Grill Mats (hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Cutting Boards (food safety considerations)
  • Any products showing signs of use or assembly

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Miami facility using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please indicate “Returned Goods” on the customs form to avoid additional charges
