Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. Please note that these charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium outdoor living products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Gas Logs (due to combustion safety concerns)
  • Grill Mats (hygiene reasons once opened)
  • Cutting Boards (food safety considerations)
  • Any products showing signs of use or assembly

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Miami facility using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds may take 5-10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items).
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please indicate “Returned Goods” on the customs form to avoid additional charges
